S Envist reserves the right to modify, suspend, or stop any service at any time.

1. You must be ≥ 18 years old or have legal guardianship to use the platform.
2. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete data.
3. Your account is personal and cannot be transferred or used by a third party.
4. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login information.

1. When completing any subscription or payment process, you agree to use approved payment methods (such as Baridimob, CCP, other digital payment methods) with all their costs and fees.
2. The platform has the right to modify payment methods or their terms, with user notification upon change.

1. Prices are displayed in cash or in Algerian Dinar or the approved currency.
2. Prices may change with appropriate notice, and as long as you haven't completed payment, the price is subject to adjustment.
3. Any price error due to oversight, the platform has the right to correct it and notify the user.
4. After payment, you obtain the right to access the service, and the specified period begins.

1. If the service involves digital content delivered immediately, the right of cancellation may not apply after the service has started (unless otherwise stated).
2. If there is a recurring subscription, you can cancel it before renewal.
3. Any refund or cancellation request is processed according to the platform's policy and payment terms, unless Algerian law decides otherwise.

You agree not to use the platform or its services for:

• Activities violating Algerian law, commerce laws, or consumer protection.
• Publishing illegal, offensive content, violating others' rights, carrying viruses, or threatening the information system.
• Using unauthorized login credentials or attempting to hack systems.

All content (texts, images, videos, trademarks) is owned by S Envist or licensed to the platform.

Reproduction, copying, or publishing outside the platform is not permitted without official permission.

User data is processed within the platform's privacy policy which is subject to Law 18-07.

By using the platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as stated in the privacy policy.

The platform strives to provide services at the highest possible level, but does not guarantee that the service will be free from errors or interruptions.

The platform is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform or reliance on its information, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

S Envist reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Modifications will be published on the website, and your continued use is considered acceptance of the modified terms.

1. These terms are subject to applicable Algerian laws, including Law 18-05, 18-07, 09-03.
2. In case of dispute, the competent Algerian judicial council is the reference unless the parties agree on an alternative resolution method.
